It was a hot, then just warm and sunny, awe inspiring slog then it suddenly got stupididly windy, cold and a mite scarey as is the way of these things. And it was marvellous or as some would have it a ‘bonkers ride’.. had to be done.

I’ll be going back and to the top proper. Probably just with walking boots and absolutely not along Striding Edge, oh no.

I used to hate rides that involved pushing/carrying but I loved this one. I guess being pretty fit at the moment helps.
